E-commerce Redesign

Boosting Conversion Rates Through Intuitive User Experience

I transformed an underperforming website into a conversion powerhouse through strategic UX design and research. By reimagining the site’s navigation and information architecture, I delivered measurable business results: 217% increase in conversion rate and 175% growth in checkout completion year-over-year.

Website Redesign

Improving Site Functionality & Increasing Donations

Using a mobile-first approach, our goal was to make the site intuitive and easy to navigate. With limited time and resources, we redesigned the homepage and donation flow — the areas of most meaningful impact that would lead to increased donations.

Mobile App Gamification

Increasing User Engagement in Opioid Tracking App

I designed this mobile app using the Octalysis Framework, incorporating gamification and rewards to a pain and medication tracking mobile app. The resulting design featured achievements and progress tracking, resulting in higher user adoption, satisfaction and continued use of the app.

Client: Continuous Precision Medicine
Roles: UX, UI, Visual, and Motion Design

Branding Design

Revitalizing Brand Identity & Improving Visibility

I created a cohesive brand identity for a Raleigh coffee shop through a refreshed logo, new color palette, & bold updated signage. The result attracted new customers and effectively communicated the shop’s unique offerings.
